Step 2: Enter Your Koru Number
Simply add your Koru number to your sale to be rewarded.
In-store you can either scan your physical card or your digital card in the Air New Zealand app.
For ordering via our website there is a field to type in your Koru membership number at check out.

Step 3: Watch Your Airpoints Grow
For every $100 spent, you’ll receive 1 Airpoint. No complex calculations, just seamless rewards!

You can find out how many Airpoints you’ve earned on individual purchases at Baby On The Move when you sign into your online Koru account on Air New Zealand’s website.

How can I check if I’ve received my Airpoints from Baby On The Move?

You can find out how many Airpoints you’ve earned on individual purchases at Baby On The Move when you sign into your online Airpoints™ account on Air New Zealand’s website.

Airpoints earned at Baby On The Move will be loaded onto your Koru account within 7 working days of your eligible purchase being transacted.

When do Airpoints expire?

Your Airpoints will remain valid for four years from the date they were accrued to your Koru Account. Following four years from accrual, the Airpoints will expire and be removed from your account on the anniversary of the day you joined the Koru Programme. The Airpoints I earned at Baby On The Move aren’t showing in my Koru account. What do I do?

First, double-check the date of your purchase. We’ll load any Airpoints you earn at Baby On The Move onto your Koru account within 7 days of your eligible purchase being transacted. If it’s been less than 7 working days, hold tight.

If that time has passed and your Airpoints still aren’t showing in your account, get in touch with our Customer Support team. We’ll ask to see a copy of your order confirmation, or invoice to confirm that your purchase was eligible to earn Airpoints. If it was, we’ll confirm your details then follow up with Air New Zealand on your behalf.

Can I spend my Airpoints at Baby On The Move?

In a way, yes. Only via the Airpoints Store where Baby On The Move has a selection of products available to redeem your Airpoints on. You cannot redeem your Airpoints in-store or via our website.

What happens when I return the purchase that I earned Airpoints for?

If a purchase is refunded or dishonoured for any reason, any Airpoints earned from that purchase will be deducted from the Koru account that earned the Airpoints at the time of purchase.

Where did Airpoints go and what's Koru?

Air New Zealand Koru was previously named Airpoints, this loyalty programme earns members Airpoints (previously Airpoints Dollars). At Baby On The Move the earn rate is 1 Airpoint for every $100 spent on new purchases, these Airpoints can then be redeemed on the Airpoints Store or spent on travel with Air NZ.
