   Actually it has has proved too hard to order and pay for this and have it sent...giving up now

   Hi Bruce, the thing that you are trying to order is not a product, it is an add option for you to be able to get a product you have in your cart gift wrapped, and a card that you choose the message to be written on. You need to find the product you want gift wrapped, and then click the add gift wrap button and it will give you the option to write you message and proceed to checkout.
