Hi Nikki, thank you for your enquiry, Yes the Frontier has a 9 year date of purchase expiry, this does have an age limit from 2yrs until 12 years, if it reaches the 9 year expiry and your child can still not safely sit with out a car seat then you will need to look at purchasing a booster.
