Screaming baby trying to lean forward

Hi Euna, thank you for your message. Sorry to hear that your baby is unhappy. It’s really hard to say what the problem is without seeing your baby in the seat. Have you checked the harness height which should be in-line or slightly below your baby’s shoulders? To do this you need to adjust the head support up then you will notice the harness will move up with it. Another option is you may need to remove the infant insert so baby’s bottom sits right into the bite of your car seat which can stop them from pushing their head forward. With regards to the angle of the seat, it would be best to contact our nearest store and maybe facetime if you can’t visit the store so they can see if there’s a problem with the recline.
