Hiya, my babie shoulders don’t sit well in the harness and almost slide out. How can I fix this? Thanks

Hi There, thank you for getting in touch, it maybe that the head rest it up a little too far and may need adjusting, also check the harness straps are tight when baby in in the seat. the chest clip once the harness is tight enough will stop the harness straps from slipping, I would suggest bringing in your seat with your bub to your local store for a check if able.
