Hi. I’m considering this buggy for running with. Does the front wheel lock in position both “facing out” and “facing under” the frame? I ask because it is easier to run with a fixed wheel extending as far in front as possible as it gives more stability. As a side note is it possible to test out the buggy in store? Thanks! Wal
