Hi Rachel, Yes the Graco Turbo Booster can convert into a half booster. The weight and height guide in the description section is for the full booster. The dimensions for the half booster are in the manual under the documentation section. They weight and height are: 40-100 lb (18.1-45 kg)
43-57 in. (110.1-145 cm) at least 4 years old. Hope that helps
