Hi Abby, thank you for your enquiry, I contacted the CHristchurch North Store and they have replied:
We can arrange delivery to a rental car company at the airport for an additional charge of $40 (within our normal operating hours). If the vehicle is available at the time we do the delivery, then a technician will install the seat, however we cannot guarantee this. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the rental car company is happy to store the seat until their arrival (if the vehicle is not available when we do the delivery) and also after they return the car, until it can be collected by us. Some rental car companies are quite happy to do this, and others are less co-operative.
As we are located less than 5 minutes from the airport terminal, we would encourage customers to pick up the car and then come to us for collection and installation of the carseat, although we acknowledge that this is not always possible.
