Does this seat recline? Can it be used with a lap belt?

This restraint doesn’t have a recline position, however the seat shell itself has a built in recline which stops your childs head from falling forward whilst asleep. This seat can be used with a lap belt and yes, the top tether strap has to be used and connected to a restraint anchor point in your vehicle. We hope this has helped with your query.
