Does this capsule come with a padded newborn insert?

Hi Brooke, Thank you for your inquiry. The Evenflo Discovery Capsule only comes with the padded seat cover you see in the picture. As adding after market products to this capsule can make it unsafe. If you have any concerns with using this capsule without a newborn insert we suggest you visit your nearest Baby On The Move store for advice on options available for added head support for your baby.
