Do you have to tether the car seat in the forward facing position, if an anchor is not available?

Hi Rebecca, Thank you for your inquiry, you can install a Diono with a 3 point seat belt, and you do not have to use a tether forward facing unless there is one there to use, however, please contact your local store if you have any other questions or if you are installing this with a lap belt in the middle seat.
