Thank you for your inquiry. All Maxi Cosi Isofix bases have been approved to the same standard and has a 10 year life from date of purchase. The Maxi Cosi 2 Way Base (isofix installation only) fits two style restraints, firstly the Pebble Plus capsule from birth and then you can use the 2 Way Pearl toddler seat which takes your child up to approx 4 years. The Maxi Cosi EasyFix Base (Isofix or 3-point seat belt installation) is best tested in combination with the Maxi-Cosi CabrioFix capsule only and it doesn’t take the next stage toddler seat.
