Can baby sleep on their backs with this product or is it just designed for side sleeping?

Hi there, the Baby First Support Wedge has been specially designed to ensure baby stays in the recommended sleeping position. It keeps the baby from moving and it is adjustable. It could be used for a baby to sleep on it’s back, if you adjust it to be a little wider. Hope that helps
